How and when did you first learn that you had NF?

I learned I had NF when I was 12 years old.

Does anyone else in your family have NF?

My mom Grace Beauchamp. She had to have her leg removed because of the plexiform tumors. My daugther, Roslyn, She had a tumor growing in her eyelid. 

How has NF most impacted your life?

I had a hard time growing up because I stayed sick all the time. I get tired real easy. It has been a challenge, but I did not give up.im well with glasses.

What's the best thing that has happened to you because of your NF?

I was able to accept the person not the disorder. I did not let it stop me from getting a degree in childcare education.

Has your NF stopped you from doing something you wanted to do in life?

No, I just made up in my mind that I was going to do something, and I did. 

How are you a better person because of having NF?

Yes, I am able to accept other people for who they are, not for their appearance.
